Saturday went well, stuck with 20 push-ups and 20 squats for exercise and a 3 mile walk.
Food: cheesy eggs with onions and peppers made by my husband for breakfast. Delicious!
protein shake for lunch
fajita meat with onions, peppers, and cheese for supper
resisted my kids’ leftover fruit snacks they left on the kitchen table!!!!
carrots and dip and fresh mozzarella for snacks
Sunday was my easy day. Went out for Chinese buffet for lunch and cheated, so counting that as my weekly one-time cheat.
Fresh mozzarella, pork chop, tons of carrots and dip.
No exercise on Sunday and drank water poorly. Need to do better today. (also counting as my day off from exercise)
It’s amazing how bad I feel about myself after taking an easy day, craving sugar today and wanting to go back to my old ways. Also, really wanted to bake cinnamon rolls for breakfast on Sunday, but we are changing for the better, had those eggs instead. The fact that I would have to tell on myself here at the blog has kept me from grabbing several things my kids had stopped eating and left on their plates. I hope the fear of accountability can keep me going. Oh, and my weight is down 2 lbs already, will be having an official weigh-in on Friday.
Today is going to be a good day, I’ll let you know how it goes tomorrow!
